Digital Music DIY NOW! Free e-book
By Michael W. Dean and myself.
Within one week of being mentioned on boingboing.net, already over 6,000 downloads and a bunch of press mentions. An informative and fun book on recording music with a computer (and getting it heard out there) for cheap, or for free... all by yourself. Originally supposed to be released by QUE Publishing in 2006 but killed due to corporate downsizing... now a copyright-free Creative Commons-licensed e-book. Check it out!

Michael W. Dean
A great guy & friend (even though I've never met him in person). Accomplished author and musician, documentary filmmaker, online podcast host, you name it, Michael's done it. He's a huge inspiration to me. Check out all his work at the link above. His site can be confusing to navigate at times, but there's a shitload of content on it.
